Deal Sourcing
Identify acquisition targets through industry research, database mining, and proprietary outreach campaigns.
Owner Outreach
Conduct initial conversations with business owners to assess interest and fit with our investment criteria.
Due Diligence
Analyze financials, market dynamics, and competitive positioning to evaluate investment opportunities.
Financial Modeling
Build LBO models, valuation analyses, and operating projections to support investment decisions.
Industry Research
Develop sector expertise and identify macro trends that inform our sourcing strategy.
IC Presentations
Present your findings to the investment committee and participate in real deal discussions.
